1. Who we are
OPUS Email Agent is operated by Astral Logic (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered email triage and monitoring service at opusagent.io.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: your email address and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Email credentials: IMAP credentials you provide are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored in our secure vault. We never store your email password in plain text.
- Email content: we access your inbox solely to perform triage, scoring, and drafting. We do not store email bodies beyond the session needed to process them.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs via Sentry for debugging.
- Billing data: handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the email triage service.
- To send you alerts and the morning briefing you have configured.
- To respond to support requests.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
- Anthropic (Claude AI): email content is sent to Anthropic's API for triage and drafting. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
- Supabase: user authentication and database hosting.
- Paddle: payment processing.
- Vercel / Railway: infrastructure hosting.
- Sentry: error monitoring (anonymised stack traces).
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@opusagent.io. We will delete all personal data within 30 days of the request.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@opusagent.io.
7. Security
Email credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Row-level security is enforced in our database so users can only access their own data.
