Email support@opusagent.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Your 14-day free trial requires no credit card. You are not charged until you choose to upgrade. If you upgrade and then decide within 14 days, you are still covered by this policy.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not issue a refund for past charges. To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one as described above.
