Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OPUS Email Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Astral Logic (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. The Service

OPUS Email Agent connects to your email inbox via IMAP, uses AI to triage and score emails, and sends you alerts and draft replies. The Service requires valid email credentials to operate.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Free trial & subscriptions

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle. You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Access inboxes you do not own or are not authorised to access.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.

6. AI-generated content

Draft replies and triage scores are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any email sent on your behalf. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated drafts.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@opusagent.io.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
